The Patriot Guard Riders Mission Statement

Mission Statement:

The Patriot Guard Riders is a 100% volunteer, federally registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization which ensures dignity and respect at memorial services honoring fallen military heroes, first responders, and honorably discharged veterans.

Vision Statement:

The Patriot Guard Riders is a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation. We have one thing in common besides motorcycles. We have an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security, including fallen military heroes, first responders, and honorably discharged veterans. If you share this respect, please join us.

We don’t care what you ride or if you ride, what your political views are, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn’t matter where you’re from or what your income is; you don’t even have to ride. The only prerequisite is Respect.

Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission we undertake has two basic objectives:

1. Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.

2. Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protester or group of protesters.

We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means.

To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedom of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.

Itinerary For Saturday's Ride To America's Last Patrol Ranch

Greetings Everyone!
 
Below is the Itinerary for Saturday's Ride from Harlingen, Tx to San Diego, Tx.
 
Rally point #1
Pancake House parking lot (located at 1925 W. Harrison, in Harlingen). There is a Valero / Stripes at the corner and Pancake House is just east of the Valero / Stripes, between Harrison St. and Tyler St.
 
Plan:
arrival NLT 07:45, refuel, kick tires, last minute checks etc !
KSU 08:00
Riding North on Hwy 77 to Raymondville, then
West on Hwy 186 to Linn - San Manuel
 
 Anyone riding from the upper valley can join us at Rally Point #2
 
Rally Point #2
meet us at Hwy 281 and Hwy 186 on the North East corner of that intersection.
 
Plan:
arrival NLT 8:45.
KSU 9:00
 
We're taking Hwy 281 North. Plan on refueling in Falfurrias on Hwy 281 & Hwy 285. (Big Valero / Stripes there!).Shouldnt take more than 15 min depending on size of our group!
 
We plan to arrive in Alice way ahead of time; Mr. Eric is asking us to be there NLT 12:00 at a point to be determined by him. He will let us know by Thursday and I will pass that on.
 
Anyone planning to go on this ride please let us know so we can have an approx. head count. It will also give us an chance to know who is coming on Sat. As always, if you arrive late, you an always catch up to us or "know" we are just ahead of you! 
 
Please pass on this information to Biker Groups you know or anyone who may want to attend this Memorial Weekend Event to "Honor" our "Fallen Heroes and their families".
 
Let us not forget, "This is for them"!
