The Wounded Warrior Program needs our help through voluntary monetary donations for the purchase of an 18 foot enclosed trailer. This trailer will be utilized to transport wheel chair trackers for our disabled veterans out on hunting trips.
As discussed during our Meet N Greet, the Shields stated they had talked to a company that would loan and provide the enclosed trailer. We appreciate their effort with this need. (This was good news on the spot).
However more than one trailer is needed to help this organization in different locations.
Anyone that knows of someone selling a (reasonably priced) "enclosed" 18 foot trailer and/or if you would like to make a monetary (biker organization and/or individual) donation, please contact Master Gunnery Sgt. Arturo Garcia at 210-464-1725.
Let us remember that these young servicemen and women sacrificed their lives and lost limbs in the battlefronts. We can surely help them out in their time of need to enjoy the Great Outdoors.
Please spread the word out as much as possible to help the Wounded Warrior Program for this great cause.
