The Patriot Guard Riders Mission Statement

Mission Statement:

The Patriot Guard Riders is a 100% volunteer, federally registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization which ensures dignity and respect at memorial services honoring fallen military heroes, first responders, and honorably discharged veterans.

Vision Statement:

The Patriot Guard Riders is a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation. We have one thing in common besides motorcycles. We have an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security, including fallen military heroes, first responders, and honorably discharged veterans. If you share this respect, please join us.

We don’t care what you ride or if you ride, what your political views are, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn’t matter where you’re from or what your income is; you don’t even have to ride. The only prerequisite is Respect.

Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission we undertake has two basic objectives:

1. Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.

2. Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protester or group of protesters.

We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means.

To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedom of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.

A Message From State Captain Teresa Galloway

Texas Gathering of the Guard

This is just a reminder to all the members of the Texas Patriot Guard Riders. The annual gathering of the Guard is a time to set around with like minded folks from all over the State of Texas. A time of sharing and a time to relax while sharing  some laughter. The Texas Hill Country is well known for it's beauty and it's scenic bike riders. If you have never had an opportunity to ride the "Three Twisted Sisters" this may be the time. If you do not ride a bike, remember the scenery is beautiful, the Texas Wineries plentiful and the shopping is fantastic in the old German community of Fredericksburg.

This years event will take place Friday April 15th, Saturday the 16th and we will head back home on Sunday the 17th. The same location as before:

Koyote Ranch, 23195 State Hwy. 16 North, Kerrville, phone  830-589-4695 , website koyoteranch.com

We are auctioning off items to help support David Hall and the "Traveling Liberty Bell". I am sure that most of you are aware that David was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. David puts all of his money and effort into the "Bell" so that it can ring at the funerals of this nations fallen heroes.  If you would like to donate something to the auction & raffle please bring it along. All of the proceeds will go directly to David and the Bell.

We will have the "Let Freedom Ring" patches on hand. The patch will not be sold but will be given for donation to support David and the Bell.

The only difference is the patch will only say "Let Freedom Ring"

North Texas PGR has acquired an electric guitar signed by American country music artist Trace Adkins and it to will be raffled off.

Trace Adkins, 12 Top 10 hits and four Grammy nominations

The fee for this years event is $35.00 per person, this will cover 2 dinners, breakfast and help defer the cost of the building where we will meet, greet, eat and raffle.

Please send your payment to:
Teresa Galloway, 7608 Florida Ave, Odessa, TX 79764. (Texas PGR State Captain)

Wrist ID tags will be issued to all members when you arrive.

I Look forward to seeing as many members from North Texas as possible at the gathering, ride safe and please remember David Hall and our downed riders in your prayers.

Annoucement :  The Texas PGR Foundation will match the first $2000.00 in the Auction for David Hall and the Liberty Bell
